Handle any level of emissions and any
variety of products with one system that is designed to operate unmanned with remote
start/stop controls.
Compatible with Over 150 VOC and HAP Compounds
| Petroleum, petrochemicals and
specialty chemicals are compatible with the Petrogas vapor recovery systems.
Petrogas can
recover even the vapors of acrylates and chlorinated solvents. Your Petrogas system can
handle multiple products without cross contamination.
Finally, one system that will handle
anything that you send to it without any carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, and chlorine or
sulfur dioxides exhaust emissions. |

| Handles Any Level of Dock Activity |
Most Barge Degassing
docks operate at unpredictable times and various volume levels. The unique technology
allows the Petrogas system to handle maximum vapor emissions all the way down to the
lowest emission level. |
Petrogas guarantees
recovery efficiencies at maximum and minimum levels. This means that the Petrogas system
performs just as well at either end of the spectrum. Remember, when your dock is inactive
the Petrogas system becomes dormant and stands ready for the next Degassing operation. |
The U.S. Coast Guard
is concerned with the prevention of injury to personnel, damage to property and the
pollution of the waterways. Safety is the concern. If a vapor control system
is mandated, the design, specifications and installation will be in accordance with the
Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular (NVIC) No. 1-96. |
| A Marine Vapor Control System, as mandated
by NVIC No. 1-96 consists of the following components: |
| A total Petrogas System system has a Barge
Vapor Collection System, Vessel Monitoring System, Facility Dock Safety Skid, Blower or
Compressor System, Vapor Recovery Processor System, Recovered Product Storage, and A
Control System to Monitor all of the above and give Alarms or Shutdowns as Required.
USCG certification is included. |
